Private placement briefing

Sharia-compliant capital, built to institutional standards.

Provision Capital invests on behalf of families, foundations, and institutions through asset-backed real estate, ijara, musharaka, and direct equity. Each position is reviewed by a qualified Sharia advisory board and reported the way a private market mandate should be.

Our approach

Asset-backed, profit-sharing, and equity.

Provision Capital deploys capital through four Sharia-compliant structures. Each is rooted in ownership of real assets or participation in productive enterprise, never in debt-based yield.

01

Asset-backed real estate

Direct ownership of stabilized and value-add commercial, multifamily, and industrial properties. Income derives from rent on a real asset under management.

02

Ijara

Leasing structures where the fund holds title to productive assets and earns from a defined lease schedule. Risk follows ownership rather than a financing claim.

03

Musharaka

Joint ventures where capital and operating partners share both profit and loss according to a pre-agreed schedule.

04

Direct equity

Ownership stakes in operating companies that pass Sharia screening on activities, capital structure, and revenue composition.

Sharia governance

Compliance is a pre-condition to holding capital, not a post-trade reporting exercise.

Every position is reviewed by a qualified Sharia advisory board prior to commitment and audited on an ongoing basis. Where a position no longer satisfies compliance, the firm exits within a defined remediation window. Findings are documented and disclosed on request.

Suitability

Built for accredited and institutional capital.

For investors seeking diversification into private real assets under Sharia compliance. Minimums, lockups, and reporting cadence vary by mandate. A briefing is the appropriate first step.

03

Alignment

Common questions

Frequently asked.

What makes an investment Sharia-compliant?
Capital must be deployed into real economic activity, risk must be shared between investor and operator, and returns must trace to ownership of productive assets rather than to debt-based yield.
Which sectors does the firm invest in?
Private real estate, permissible operating companies, and select growth-stage equity. Activities that depend on conventional debt financing, gambling, alcohol, or other non-permissible categories are excluded by policy.
What does an investor receive on an ongoing basis?
Structuring memoranda for new positions, periodic deployment and performance updates, and Sharia review documentation appropriate to the mandate.
